Cadel Evans (BMC Racing) winner of Giro del Trentino

Mikel Landa with team Astana, was the winner of the last, 4th stage of Giro del Trentino. In the overall race triumphed Cadel Evans (BMC Racing).

This year , the 38th edition of the Giro del Trentino ended in a very difficult stage , ending up in the uphill of Monte Bondone ( 1,659 m). During 4th stage cyclists had to overcome the distance of 175 kilometers in length which lacked many of the smaller hills. After the start in Val Daone riders waiting for another climbs Passo Campo Carlo Magno , Maso Roncador and the hardest , more than 20 -kilometer climb to the finish located on Monte Bondone .
Competition riders at the final stage proceeded according to the scenario of the previous days . Just as during the last two stages , all the attacks from the peloton sooner or later ended the departure flight. So it happened also in the final stage . When I began to climb the first mountain bonus located on Passo Campo Carlo Magno , the peloton rode a 12- strong group of riders . There were also a rider in the CCC Polsat Polkowice . This time, the departure took Marek Rutkiewicz and with it also drove Diego Rosa, Gianfranco Zilioli and Emanuele Sella ( Androni Giocattoli ) , Adriano Malori ( Movistar ) , Jose Serpa ( Lampre – Merida ) , Moreno Moser ( Cannondale ) , Philip Deignan (Sky ) , Angelo Pagani , Jacques van Rensburg ( MTN – Qhubeka ) and Yonattah Monsalve ( Neri Sottoli ).

Runaway group has consistent cooperation and pretty quickly gained an advantage over the peloton . It was not a very big advantage , as the peloton took control of the team Astana, AG2R La Mondiale and team leader , BMC Racing and did not allow to escape advantage was growing.
