Jonas Vangenechten winner of Grand Prix Pino Cerami Race

The winner of the one-day Belgian race, Grand Prix Pino Cerami, was the cyclist from Lotto-Belisol team Jonas Vangenechten. CCC Polsat Polkowice cyclists completed the race on the back positions.

Length of the this year route, 47th edition of the Grand Prix Pino Cerami was 205 km and mostly led by relatively flat terrain. The only difficulties encountered by mountain bikers are two bonuses situated halfway along the route, and 300 meter paved driveway located on the rounds of the race near the finish line in Frameries.

Cyclists’ competition on the track had a very dynamic process. Immediately after the start of the peloton rode three riders and even for their very considerable advantage, the peloton still controlled the course of the race. With the approach of the pack to finish the race in the peloton there have many times to change the lead in helping to effectively and fairly short stretch of cobblestone. It was on the attack there have to try and departures. Tight peloton eventually pulled on again to join in one large group. On the final round, the two kilometers to the finish Florian Vachon attacked the team Bretagne-sech Environnement but unfortunately was not able to get to the finish line alone.

The fastest rider Jonas was Vangenechten (Lotto – BELISOL), who first passed the finish line and was the winner of the race. As a second finish line driven Romain Feillu (Vacansoleil – DCM), and the third place was taken by Andris Smirnovs (Doltcini Flanders).

Cyclists CCC Polsat Polkowice passed the finish line in more positions.
