Stephane Rossetto (BigMat – Auber 93) was the winner of the last stage of the Tour du Limousin. In the general classification has won Martin Elmiger (IAM Cycling).
The fourth stage of the French etapówki Tour du Limousin led from Bourganeuf to Limoges. Like all the previous stages, the route led the tight hilly terrain with lots of short, fairly stiff climbs. The last stage consisted of 178.8 km and ended up in the driveway in Limoges.
The course of this latter step was very similar to all previous. From the very start the peloton has imposed very high rate of driving, even though it lacked daredevils who tried to ride away from the peloton. Initially, all the individual departures were consistently eliminated until the forehead came out a group of 12 riders and pretty soon began to depart peloton. The group set off such Nikolay Michaylov (CCC Polsat Polkowice).
Group was going quite according to which resulted in quite a large advantage, which at 50 kilometers to the finish was about four minut.Kiedy peloton rode the streets of the town Limoges, riders still had to overcome three loops, each of the 12 km and the peloton was close to liquidation escape . Then the first group began attacks that resulted in kickback for several seconds, five riders who between them played finish. The best was Stephane Rossetto (BigMat – Auber 93), who crossed the finish alone beating about four seconds Guillaume Levarleta (Cofidis Solutions Crédits) and Angel Madrazo Ruiz (Movistar). Nikolay Michaylov and Adrian Kurek did not complete the last stage of the race. The only rider CCC Polsat Polkowice who graduated 4.etap was Mr Morajko, occupying 43 place. In the overall race took on 41 place.
Overall winner was Martin Elmiger (IAM Cycling), who founded the leader’s jersey on the first stage, and he brought me to the end of the race.
